Production Planner - Owen Daniels : Job Details

Are you an organised and detail-focused Production Planner? Do you have experience using MRP systems? Have you previously been involved in resource planning or materials planning?If so, a special vehicle manufacturer is looking to take on board a Production Planner for their ever-growing supply chain team.Production PlannerPermanentASAP StartSalary dependent on experienceKirkbymoorside | 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am to 4pm FridayProduction PlannerThe Production Planner will have the following responsibilities:

• Carry out production planning across all business areas, ensuring efficient scheduling and capacity/resource planning using MRP systems.
• Generate and analyse reports, maintaining accurate KPIs to support operational performance.
• Liaise with Sales, Production, and Transport departments to align priorities and schedules for short-, medium-, and long-term demand.
• Monitor material availability for works orders, review shortages, and expedite priorities.

Production PlannerThe ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Previous MRP or ERP experience
• Experience within a manufacturing environment/business
• Confident communicator internally and externally
