Production Planner Yeovil, SomersetFood ProductionDays – Monday – Friday either 7am-3pm or 8am -4pmSalary £28,000 - £32000 DOE

My client, an award winning food company based in Yeovil, Somerset is looking to recruit a Production Planner.

We are seeking a candidate that will help coordinate, effectively plan and ensure products are dispatched OTIF. The candidate will need to have proven track record / experience within production planning, demand forecasting or supply chain management. Knowledge of the food manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Key skills required for the role:

• The successful candidate must have previous Planner experience ideally in a FMCG, food, drink or pharmaceutical sector.
• Someone who has experience using ERP / MRP systems. Has good Excel
• Used to working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication skills
