Production Operator - MTrec Recruitment : Job Details

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Sunderland area.

MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production and assembly.

The Jobs You’ll Do

• Building and assembling pump units using hand tools such as spanners, torque guns, and screwdrivers.
• Ensuring all components are fitted accurately and securely to meet quality standards.
• Carrying out priority build tasks where required to meet customer demand.
• Cutting, stripping, and crimping wires for electrical components.
• Following technical drawings and schematics to complete assemblies correctly.
• Testing and checking components to ensure they meet operational requirements.
• Working efficiently on the production line to meet daily targets.
• Following health and safety standards at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Supporting team members and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

About You;

• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
• Will ideally have experience using hand tools as on occasions may need to use them
• Assembly experience

The Hours You’ll Work;

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 – 13:00

The Pay You’ll Receive;

• £12.38 per hour, will increase after probationary period
