Just Temps are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer based near Woodbridge. As a trusted temporary staffing partner, we're offering a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced production environment supporting a well-established, quality-driven business.This is a full-time role with rotating shifts and immediate starts available.The Role:As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in helping manufacture a high-quality range of sauces for retail and food service markets. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team, contributing to various stages of the production process - from preparing ingredients and operating machinery to quality control and packaging.Key Responsibilities:* Support the production process by following recipes and specifications* Operate machinery across multiple production lines (cooking, filling, labelling, capping, etc.)* Conduct regular cleaning and hygiene tasks to maintain food safety standards* Load raw materials and stack finished products* Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records* Assist with equipment changeovers and product transitions* Follow a 'clean as you go' policy to ensure a safe, tidy work areaWhat We're Looking For:* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality* Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented* Proactive approach with a positive attitude* Comfortable with manual handling tasksShifts & Pay:* Rotating shifts: 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM and 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM* Hourly rate: £12.24 per hour* Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, full-timeSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsBenefits:* Free parking* On-site parkingThis is a great opportunity to work with a values-driven, high-quality food producer in a supportive and growing team.
