Production Operative - Late Shift - Meridian Business Support : Job Details

We are looking for several Production Operative’s for a manufacture in Henstridge.This position is a permanent role and will be working a late shift which is 40 hours a week – Monday – Friday 14.00 – 22.00. This includes a 30-minute paid break.However, please note that for the first six months all training is completed on an early shift which is 6.00 – 14.00.For this position, you will be working as part of a team to process customer orders to specifications using a selection on manual machinery.  Training will be provided.This position will start at £23,800 a year. Once probationary period has been passed (6 months) the salary will increase to £24,255.  On a late shift you will receive a 15% premium to bring your annual salary to £27,893.If overtime is available and it is worked past the 40 hours, this is paid at time and a half.Benefits include:
