Role: Production Operative with Counterbalance FLT LicenceLocation: CoventrySalary: £18.27 per hour / £38,004.00 per annum when permanentContract Type: Temp to PermWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pmEmpowered Personnel is currently recruiting a skilled Production Operative with a Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join a busy manufacturing business in Coventry. This is a physically active and varied position, playing a key role in the daily production and finishing of bespoke products.As a Production Operative with an FLT Counterbalance Licence, you will work closely with the production team to support smooth operations across multiple stages of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety focused, and comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.Production Operative with a Counterbalance Forklift Licence Key Responsibilities:• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and effectively throughout the working day.• Handling, lifting, and assembling materials and products.• Preparing, packing, and palletising orders for despatch.• Carrying out visual and quality checks on components and finished items.• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in line with production requirements.• Using hand and air tools including paint guns, grinders, and impact drivers.• Reporting any faults or defects in products, tools, or machinery to management.• Assisting colleagues across various stages of production as needed.• Performing other general production duties as required.Production Operative with a Counterbalance Forklift Licence Skills and Experience Required:• A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential.• Previous experience as a Production Operative within a manufacturing or assembly setting.• Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy or bulky items.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Reliable, punctual, and well organised.• Good problem solving ability and sound judgement.• Able to work independently and as part of a small team• Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.If you are a motivated and experienced Production Operative with a Counterbalance FLT Licence looking for a long term opportunity with excellent rates of pay please call Empowered Personnel on or email your CV to
