Production Operative Milton Keynes Full-time - 40 Hours per week £26,000 per annum Temporary to PermanentWe are currently seeking a Production Operative with assembly experience to join a growing production team. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work. Your role will include assembling a range of products using hand and power tools, assist with picking, packing, and despatching customer orders, and operate a counterbalance forklift truck to support workflow and logistics across the production area. Production Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of company products according to manufacturing instructions
• Picking and packing products ready for despatch
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the production area
• Monitoring and reporting any component shortages

Production Operative - What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production and/or warehouse environment
• Strong team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliability and consistency
