Production Operative – Thame, OX9 – £28,083 per annum

Permanent | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Production Operative to join a leading manufacturing company in Thame, OX9.

• Salary: £28,083 per annum (£14.59/hour)
• Hours: Mon–Thu 2:30pm–11:00pm, Fri 11:00am–4:00pm
• Overtime Available
• Career Development & Training Provided
• Permanent Position after short temp period

• Set up and operate production equipment (EHRT, plating lines, power presses)
• Assemble components using build instructions, drawings, and BOMs
• Maintain stock levels and ensure smooth production flow
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures

• Previous production/manufacturing experience
• Ability to operate machinery efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• IT literate and able to read technical drawings
