Production OperativeImmediate Start availableLeamington Spa Shifts: Continental 4 on / 4 off (07:00 –19:00 & 19:00 – 07:00 Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour (increases to £13.60 per hour once trained on FLT Counterbalance (after 12 weeks when permanent)Contract: Temp to Perm long term global career opportunities availableEmpowered Personnel are recruiting 15 Production Operatives to join a global, expanding manufacturing and recycling facility based in Leamington Spa.This is a hands on, physically active position, ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, machinery operation and production support in a factory based environment.Production Operative Job Role: You will play a key role in the day to day running of a large scale production facility by moving materials, supporting machine operations, and maintaining site cleanliness and efficiency.Operate machinery and support production teams in daily operationsReplenish materials and supplies across production areasRelocate raw materials, recycled products, and waste streams to designated processing or storage pointsAssist in machine minding, monitoring output, and maintaining quality standardsParticipate in weekly shutdowns for industrial cleaning of the plant which is scheduled within your rota and is mandatory as part of your roleFLT Training & DevelopmentAfter successfully completing your 12 week temporary position and become permanent, you will:Receive full FLT Counterbalance training (including clamp and rotator attachments)Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks to move materials, stillage’s, and equipment across the siteKey RequirementsFull UK driving licence essential Physically fit and comfortable with manual and industrial tasksPrevious experience in a production, manufacturing, or recycling environment preferredWillingness to work continental shifts - 4 on / 4 off (2 days 7am to 7pm and 2 nights on 7pm to 7am followed by 4 days off Strong awareness of health and safety protocolsWhat’s in It for You?Long term, stable Temp to Perm opportunityFull FLT Counterbalance training (once permanent)Opportunity to develop within a respected global manufacturing businessSupportive team environment with structured inductions and on-site trainingFor further information, please call Empowered Personnel on or email your CV to
