Salary:£30,000 per annum plus overtime

Hours: Full-time — Day or afternoon shift

Your role:

• Operate production machinery following standard operating procedures
• Perform quality checks and record data accurately
• Maintain clean, safe working areas to meet health & safety standards
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets and shift deadlines
• Report faults promptly and support continuous improvement efforts

What we’re looking for:

• Previous factory/production experience
• Strong reliability, attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team and follow structured processes
• Flexibility for shift patterns including potential weekends
