We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established plastic manufacturing company based in Southampton, who are looking for reliable and experienced Machine Operators to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous experience in machine operation, production, or manufacturing who are looking for stable, long-term work with a supportive employer.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for running and monitoring production machinery, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the production of high-quality plastic products used across various industries.

• Operating and maintaining production machinery

• Carrying out quality checks on finished products

• Troubleshooting basic machine issues and escalating when necessary

• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

• Keeping your work area clean and organised

• Previous experience in machine operating, production, or a manufacturing setting

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and timekeeping skills

• Flexible with shift patterns (days or nights)

• Days and nights available – please specify your preference when applying

£12.21 per hour (regardless of shift)
