• Operate a variety of equipment on the shop floor
• Follow detailed work orders to produce components to specification
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

• Monday & Tuesday: 07:30 - 16:15
• Wednesday & Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
• Overtime available depending on workload, including early mornings and occasional Saturdays

?? Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly rate: £12.21, with potential for increases as your skills develop
• 24 days holiday (rising after one year)

�? Preferred (but not essential)

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
• FLT (Counterbalance) licence
• Strong timekeeping and attendance record
