Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Ledbury

Contract Details: Temp to Perm (39hrs) Dayshift

Salary: £12.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (Weekly Pay)

Working as part of our Service Team. You will be responsible for assembling hoist and associated products in the manufacture of overhead hoists in the Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and products
• Assist in repairing and refurbishing products
• Help ensure product quality by working with Quality and Operations teams
• Participate in engineering change processes to improve existing products
• Complete builds in line with sales and service orders
• Support with the smooth and efficient running of the Service Warehouse
• Support with picking and packing of spare parts to customers and field engineers
• Support with keeping Service Warehouse clean and tidy
• Support in stock taking and stock control

Key Skills

• Experience in Warehouse Manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to work with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
