Production Operative - Counterbalance - HUNTER MASON CONSULTING LIMITED : Job Details

Production Operatives working within the Operations Department, provide support to all the production departments and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe loading and unloading of trucks.

• Preparing built items and road boxes for site.

• General support within the production departments which may include basic painting, sanding & filling and simple assembly work.

• Moving manufactured scenic parts between production departments requiring the use of manual handling skills.

• Using an iPad for loading and unloading items.

• Completing housekeeping tasks and waste management duties within the workshop and external loading bays.

• Completing daily maintenance checks.

• Completing of electronic timesheets daily.

ESSENTIAL -

- Previous loading/unloading/crewing experience

- Experience of working in a production operative, labourer or warehouse operative role.

- Experience working independently and as part of a team.

- Experience of working to varying production deadlines & changing specification.

- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

- FLT, Sideloader Licence.
