Do you have supervisor or management experience within a sheet metal environment? Would you like the next step in your career to be within an industry leading manufacturing group who are looking to double their headcount in 2024 while offering first class training, and progression opportunities?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a production manager to join the team, working within their state of the art facility near Bedford. The successful applicant will be managing approximately 40 engineering and production professionals within the busy sheet metal unit. You will liaise with the manufacturing manager and assembly manager to ensure all projects are completed in line with the delivery schedule meeting both company and industry standards. You will play a key part in reviewing production processes and generating and implementing LEAN improvements. This is a senior appointment within a business who aim to double headcount in the next 12 months which will present several progression openings.
