Description

The Production Manager will report directly to the Production Director and will oversee the entire production process across site. They will provide leadership and management across the production teams and will ensure that the production operation is as cost effective as possible.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Driving production processes to meet company targets
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with industry regulations
• Implementing process improvements and cost reduction strategies
• Manage budgets for repairs and renewals, and contractors
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure HSE adhered to and quality standards are met
• Leadership and development of production team

Profile

The successful Production Manager will possess a range of the following:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3yrs managerial experience within production
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• A thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in using production management software

Job Offer

• Salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
• A discretionary bonus of upto 10% (based on company performance)
