Engineering ManagerLocation: Batley, Yorkshire Salary: £38,500 + Can Offer More Depending On Experience

Hours: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm / Fri 8am-12pmHolidays: 25 days + bank holidays

We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and develop our clients production team in a busy manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with being actively involved in day-to-day operations.

You'll be responsible for production planning, compliance, and team performance, while driving process improvements to ensure quality and efficiency across the department.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers

• Overseeing production planning and forecasting

• Delivering training and performance management

• Ensuring quality assurance and compliance are maintained

• Driving process optimisation and continuous improvement

• Managing resources effectively to meet production targets

• Trained in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management (or related field)

• 5+ years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results

• Competitive salary of £38,500+ (DOE) (Can Offer More Depending On Experience)

• Monday-Friday days-only role (no shifts)
