Production Controller - Morson Talent : Job Details

Morson are working with a leading Aerospace Manufacturer who are looking for a new Production Controller to work at their Wolverhampton site.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient production flow
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimise supply chain processes
• Generate production reports and maintain accurate production records
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the production area
• Act as a supportive team member by covering for other planners and the Planning Lead during short-term absences.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and increase overall efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production control or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of production planning and scheduling processes
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment
