We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of a client in the Film & TV industry for a Production Co-Ordinator role based in High Wycombe!

Our client is a well-established media production rental house, supporting some of the UK’s most prestigious feature films, high-end TV dramas, and commercial productions. They specialise in cutting-edge technical support, equipment maintenance, and storage solutions, working closely with industry-leading production teams across the country.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in production, recruitment, estate agency, or similar fast-paced industries. You'll be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating production logistics, and supporting high-end film and TV projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of client accounts from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate kit availability, build quotes, and manage schedules
  • Liaise across departments to ensure timely delivery, repairs, and support
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and account queries
  • Maintain databases and asset management systems
  • Attend networking events and contribute to business development
  • Research and support production logistics, including external orders

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and work independently
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities at short notice
  • Discretion when working with confidential production details
  • Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Full UK driving license and access to own transport

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Familiarity with Apple OS and CMS platforms
  • A genuine interest in film and media production
