EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are on the lookout for a Product Support Technician to join a growing and innovative technical business, in Milton Keynes. This varied, hands-on role will see you supporting multiple areas across the company, from equipment servicing and stock management to technical support and field installations.
This is a fantastic role for someone with an engineering mindset, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to get involved in many different areas of the business. No two days are the same, and your contributions will have a real impact across the team.
On Offer for Product Support Technician:
Duties for Product Support Technician:
Communicating with customers to understand and record hire requirements
Preparing, packing, and dispatching equipment for hire, sales, and calibration
Receiving and checking incoming goods from customers and suppliers
Monitoring stock levels and processing relevant documentation
Diagnosing and repairing faults in instrumentation
Assembling and wiring up electronic systems, both small-scale and for larger customer platforms
Installing systems on customer sites as needed
Ideal Product Support Technician:
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Interest or background in engineering, with hands-on experience in hardware and/or software
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for installations
Enthusiastic learner with a "can-do" attitude and a desire to contribute across the business
Previous experience in a technical support or engineering environment
BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in a technical or numerate subject
Salary : 24000 - 30000
