Are you passionate about engineering and customer support? We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sunderland. If you have a knack for problem resolution and a strong customer care focus, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional technical and customer support post-delivery.
  • Resolve customer-reported issues promptly and effectively.
  • Serve as the direct interface for customers, maintaining professionalism and high support standards.
  • Conduct on-site support and training sessions for distributors and key customers.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships through proactive customer visits.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to enhance customer satisfaction and explore spare parts opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Engineering-related qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe and other continents, with a approximately of 7 trips per year (up to one week oer trip)
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical machines and a customer-focused approach.
