Our client is redefining private markets for the next decade – using AI, automation, and innovation to transform how private credit is designed, launched, and scaled.

In this high-impact role, you’ll:

• • Lead the creation of private credit strategies (direct lending, asset-based finance, infrastructure debt) from concept to launch.
  • Partner with investment, legal, operations, compliance, and distribution teams to translate strategies into investor-ready products.
  • Embed automation and AI into product workflows, investor servicing, and reporting.
  • Shape and refine operating models to enhance efficiency, risk management, and client experience.
  • Manage global fund launches, governance, and cross-functional delivery.

What you’ll bring:

• • 10+ years’ experience in private credit, alternatives, product development, legal/structuring, or private capital operations.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complexity across jurisdictions.
  • Commercial acumen to balance investor needs, operational feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
