What you see is what you get-a company that puts you first.Your new roleThe Product Owner is a critical member of an Agile engineering team that drives the team to deliver high quality, high value features and functions. As a Product Owner, you will help shape our product vision, features and requirements while working closely with engineering Scrum teams, Product Management and stakeholders to build high-quality products for our target markets.The Product Owner is responsible for managing the team backlog, working with the team to break down user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work in order to optimize the business value produced by the team. The Product Owner must also communicate with stakeholders both internally and externally, share progress towards product delivery with other parts of the organization and the user community. The Product Owner needs to have an excellent understanding of the customer's needs and be able to represent those needs to the teamWhat you'll need to succeed

• Experience working as a business analyst, product manager, product owner or similar role OR equivalent experience
• Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take actions
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
• Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to socialize ideas and influence decisions without direct authority
• Collaborative in nature with a strong desire to dig in and learn independently and as well as through asking questions
