The teamThe CRM team, known internally as Backyard Gardeners (BYG), builds and owns iwoca's proprietary platform, the central system behind our account management, credit analytics and collections. Used daily by hundreds of super-users, it's one of the most sophisticated tools in the business, with a direct impact on how we scale, serve customers, and drive long-term profitability. You will work with a group of visionary back-end and front-end engineers committed to creating and enhancing the tools that empower our operational teams to deliver the exceptional service that sets us apart. As a Product Owner in our CRM team you will improve and scale the technology that supports this, aligning product development with business goals and user needs. You'll gather and prioritise roadmap items, working closely with engineers and stakeholders to shape features that help teams move faster, support customers better, and scale as we grow. You'll collaborate with a highly capable technical team to break down complex problems, manage trade-offs, and deliver improvements that make a real difference. By tracking outcomes and learning from each release, you'll continuously raise the quality of our tools and the service they enable - giving you direct influence over how we support thousands of businesses every day.
