Product Manager - Enterprise SaaS, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Cloud based applications - Remote role with occasional travel into London HQ - Salary up to £70,000 plus benefits including 2 week Christmas shut down, bonus scheme, regular social events, annual budget for industry events

The Company

Oscar Technology are partnering with an industry leading business who are focused on providing digital solutions to their members across the globe. They have ambitious plans to build out the product function and push forward with innovation into 2025.

You will really have the opportunity to make an impact from day 1.

The Role

You will be joining an existing team of 20 including a Product Owner, Engineers and UX/UI Designers. You will lead the development of the internal web app product suite used by the team for day-to-day operational activities. You will function as the bridge between the engineering team and internal and/or external users and stakeholders for these products, delivering value by adding features to drive the business forward.

This is a cross-functional role and will require strong intrapersonal skills and a collaborative attitude to solve complex business challenges. The Product Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, Technology and Business Solutions.

Required Experience

• At least 5 years commercial experience as a Product Manager for leading enterprise software products.
• Experienced collaborating effectively with big and small globally distributed teams.
• The ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders and the ability to understand their requirements.
• Track record of providing strong project management, and transparent, inclusive communication along the way.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with a passion for technology.
• Self-starter with a solution oriented mindset.
• Working with stakeholders in the idea generation for enhancements to our products, including concept validation, business case development and planning.

Familiarity with any of the following would be advantageous: Confluence, Asana, Airtable, Excel, Notion. The engineering team is composed of developers, working with the latest in AWS technology, so a working understanding of cloud-based applications and microservices would be beneficial.
