About the Role:We're seeking a skilled fresh produce or fruit focuesed Product Manager with fresh produce or fruit knowledge to take responsibility for the safety, quality and integrity of our fruit. You'll play a key role in ensuring product excellence and managing quality processes throughout production, storage and dispatch, all while driving maximising returns.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control across multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from production to dispatch

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer specifications and safety standards are met

• Drive quality improvements and optimise shelf life of fresh produce/fruit

• Coordinate testing and ensure all products meet legal and safety standards

• Drive initiatives for product quality improvement and waste reduction

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in a quality or product management role, preferably within fresh produce or fruit

• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (knowledge of D365 is a plus)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, make quick decisions, and manage tight schedules

• Leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
