Product Manager - SNG (Sovereign Network Group) : Job Details

Are you a Product Manager with a passion for enhancing customer experiences?

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Product Manager to drive the development and success of our internal BAU software products. This exciting role involves managing upgrades, continual service delivery, and bug fixes. The position is fixed term until May 2026, with a hybrid working arrangement from home and either our Basingstoke or Wembley office 2 days per week.

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Define and drive product roadmaps, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional products.
• Manage product vendors and software suppliers, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Lead product backlog management, creating user stories and prioritizing features.
• Embed Agile and DevOps methodologies within product teams.
• Enhance UI/UX for improved usability and accessibility.
• Manage product costs, ROI, and success measures.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof of concepts to key stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in a Product role, with a strong understanding of services and technology.
• Proven ability to develop/co-develop products that enhance customer experience.
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and transformation.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, showcasing the potential of technology and driving innovation.
• A forward-thinking mindset, constantly reviewing market trends and building relationships with partners.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both with internal and external partners.
• Product Management qualification or equivalent experience.

There will be occasional travel to other sites as needed.
