As a Product Manager for the Loyalty Squad, you will have ownership of the loyalty proposition, experience, product roadmap, strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Working as the Product Manager for Loyalty, within the Product Team, you will:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end product experience for our Loyalty Products: My Flight Club / My Shuffle Club members. This includes the full lifecycle; from acquisition, engagement, to retention/churn prevention.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product vision and roadmap, sizing the opportunity, gaining buy-in to the vision, managing resourcing, and ensuring delivery.

  • Identify the biggest product opportunities to go after to ensure Red Engine is able to achieve key business goals and our north star.

  • Be obsessed with the guest and focus on understanding their motivations, behaviours and needs.

  • Conduct guest research across our digital/physical touch points collecting feedback as required through the product development process.

  • Interrogate behavioural data to review success of product releases and identify development opportunities.

  • Drive and manage a continuous development environment and product lifecycle.

  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices and perform regular competitive analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager. A background in entertainment and/or hospitality industries would be a bonus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex products and outcomes, ideally in conversion.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies and roadmap plans.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment, employing iterative and data-driven methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Curious, creative thinker and problem-solving mindset.

Salary : 55000 - 65000
