Description

• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market demands and industry standards delivering target profitability
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Utilize insights to drive product strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product integration, effective launches, and optimal market positioning.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, product enhancements, and discontinuations.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor products and market dynamics, providing recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical background or familiarity with automotive products is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
