Fantastic opportunity to join this fast growing, dynamic fintech in a senior leadership capacity, to oversee and shape the product management, leading the vision, strategy and execution of the product portfolio. You will have significant input into strategic decision making, identifying market opportunities and driving them from conception and design through to product launch and roll out. This role requires an in depth understanding of the digital banking industry, ideally with a focus on crypto and blockchain. You will drive the build and take ownership for scaling the product portfolio in this exciting and constantly evolving Fintech space. You will conduct in depth market and competitor research, transforming the data into tangible new product opportunities.

This is a diverse and fast paced role working with a great group so an energetic "make it happen" attitude combined with realistic pragmatism is needed. You will have 10 years + product management experience within a senior leadership role with a focus on fintech or crypto platforms. You will have a track record of success in identifying new product opportunities and successfully launching from scratch, as well as leading and growing teams and exceptional analytical skills to identify key business drivers.
