Job Description :
Our client is a leading automotive supplier based in Warwick that enjoys an enviable reputation for its expertise. They are now looking to recruit a Product Management Specialist; this is an exciting role as the organization is going through a major transformation. You will be responsible for adding and researching part numbers to maximise coverage and gain a competitive position. The right candidate would have previous experience in Automotive cataloging or the motor trade and a background in cataloging systems within a main dealer or aftermarket.   • Add part numbers into the global PIM tool (CCU) as requested by the Product Line.
  • Research or validate potential new vehicle application linkages to current live part numbers to maximise market coverage.
  • Research or validate key defined competitors (KCD) cross-reference details against part numbers to maximize competitive position.
  • Maintain data storage locations (CCU and Excel) with accurate information from new vehicle application linkage research and KDC cross-reference research.
  • To research and maintain production relational part number data locations.
  • Liaising with product photographer.
  • TecDoc maintenance.
  • Liaising with other internal departments – Category, Product, and Engineering.
  • To liaise with customers about feedback and complaints.
 Key Skills & Experience
  • Preferable mechanical knowledge and understanding of car parts.
  • Experience with Tecdoc or Tecdoc derivate systems (Teccat/Webcat).
  • Preferable experience with ERP and industry Cataloguing/Analytics Tools, including CCU.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to schedules.
  • Committed team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to build trust with stakeholders and understand the customer's perspective.

  • Hybrid working, 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.
  • Office based in Warwick.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
