Product Director Role – CCMS

As the Director of Product Management for ClearCourse’s largest division, you will be responsible for the overall suite of products and services across the division and own the overall P&L for the product lines. Working with other CCMS DLT members to create a vision for the products and services, in line with the overall strategy for the division, you will own the overall product lifecycle from creation, through development and management of the product roadmap, to delivery, go-to-market and pricing, and will be accountable for structuring the division’s suite of products to optimise performance over time.

In this high-impact and highly visible position, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing the overall product strategy for the division including setting the vision, defining success (e.g., OKRs) and aligning the Product Roadmap to ClearCourse’s embedded payments strategy. You’ll provide progressive, engaging and empathetic leadership to Managers and Functional Leads while driving through a transformative agenda and implementing best-in-class practices and processes.

Desirable experience/charactersitics :

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in leading a product/service business
• Experience in the Charitable, Professional bodies or Membership services space
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem particularly Dynamics
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the Oracle development ecosystem
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience of C-suite customer product engagement strategies
• Effective people management and coaching ability with a track record of building successful teams within a transformative environment
• Ambitious with strong interpersonal skills
• Affable, credible and can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Possess a high level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships, trust and respect
• Highly customer-focused with strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities
• Proactive with respect to personal development and that of your team
