You will play a key role within the business's growth.This well established and reputable business are leading suppliers within the food industry. They have seen continuous growth since the 80s and as a result are looking to expand their NPD department.In this varied role, you will step up into a senior position and take the lead on future-focused projects. You will liaise with other departments, customers and stakeholders to meet client and market demands.This would suit someone with NPD experience from a food background, looking for a highly autonomous role.The Role:

• Oversee NPD projects from concept to Launch.
• Become a technical expert within your field.
• Fully site based, with travel to customers.

• Background in New Product Development (NPD)
• Experience within the food industry.
• Commutable to Halstead, Essex
