Procurement Specialist

 We are seeking a proactive and experienced procurement specialist to lead our purchasing team and drive procurement strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small purchasing team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and  components.
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Factory, Quality Control, Accounts, and R&D to align purchasing with operational needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Stay informed on market trends and sourcing innovations.
