The Role:

• Lead procurement activity across modular and multi-family construction projects
• Source and secure both goods (materials, equipment) and services (vendors, subcontractors)
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to deliver value and performance
• Develop scalable supply chain strategies to support rapid business growth
• Partner with C-suite leadership on long-term procurement planning and cost strategies
• Oversee compliance, supplier performance, and risk management

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement professional
• Background in modular construction, offsite manufacturing, or multi-family GC projects
• Strong track record procuring both goods and services for large-scale projects
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by progression and future equity
