Your new roleYou'll be at the heart of their strategic sourcing function, driving best-in-class procurement practices across services and third-party supplier solutions. • Leading "source to contract" processes to maximise value
• Managing supplier relationships and performance
• Identifying innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
• Negotiating robust contracts with clear SLAs and KPIs
• Delivering market and spend analysis to inform strategy
• Mitigating commercial and contractual risks
• Ensuring compliance with global and local procurement standards
• Driving continuous improvement across internal and external processes

What you'll need to succeedYou're a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a change agent. You bring:

• Experience in strategic procurement roles
• Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and lead
• MCIPS qualification (or working towards it) preferred
• A university degree in Procurement/Supply Chain (desirable)
