Our client, an independent construction and property consultancy, committed to delivering a world-class service to their clients is looking for a Procurement Manager to join one of their key programmes. About the Role:* Supporting major civil infrastructure programmes, shaping the economy and the built environment.* Working within multi-sector teams on a high-profile project* Opportunity to develop leadership skills and play a key role in project delivery and team development.* Looking for someone with a client-focused mindset and confidence in managing complex stakeholder environments who can contribute to business growth through relationship building, supporting work winning, and mentoring junior team members; take ownership of project procurement from market engagement to contract award, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with Public Contracts Regulations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Required:* Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional chartership.* 5+ years' experience leading multiple procurements of large-scale civil infrastructure or construction projects.* Strong understanding of public sector procurement, delivery models, routes to market, and contract strategies.* Familiarity with standard form contracts including NEC and FIDIC.* Skilled in market engagement, supplier analysis, and commercial risk assessment.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines and budgets.* Confident in delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.* Client-focused approach, dedicated to building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
