PROCUREMENT APPRENTICE OPPORTUNITY!

JOB TITLE – PROCURMENT APPRENTICE (3 YEARS)

LOCATION – PUTNEY SW15

HOURS – Monday to Friday, hybrid (2 days in the office 2 at home, 1 study day)

SALARY –£26,125 PLUS AMAZING BENEFITS!

Occasional travel to Europe.

BEFORE STARTING THE PROGRAMME

Learners should have a minimum of 2 A-Levels grade A-C or a BTEC DISTICNTION, plus grades 4-9 in their GCSE Maths and English.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR?

This is a 3 year ‘fast track’ development programme, designed specifically for people starting a career in procurement with no prior experience of buying goods or services.

You could be a school leaver who has thought about procurement as a career or even have started on another path which isn’t for you.

The end result will be that you are a qualified Supply Chain Manager!

OVERVIEW

In the role of Procurement Apprentice, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's procurement operations by providing essential support to the team and understanding of the role within a large multinational. Tasks will include researching suppliers, preparing documentation for tenders, maintaining procurement records, and building strong relationships throughout the business.

This position offers the opportunity to receive hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned professionals, providing invaluable insight into procurement processes and best practices. The role is crafted not only to aid the team in their day-to- day activities but also to establish a strong foundation for growth and development in the procurement field with exposure to a number of elements.

The first year will focus on the administration side to build up office skills and the basics of the role the following 2 years will be on the job whilst gaining the qualification.

There will be an assessment meeting, you will need to provide a brief presentation on why you are keen on this role in this particular sector.
