Procure to Pay PTP Business Analyst - Butler Rose : Job Details

Butler Rose is working with a large FTSE250 organisation in their search for an Procure to Pay (PTP) Business Analyst to join their Team. This is a minimum three months (but most likely three month rolling and at least six months) and will pay PAYE day rate depending on experience. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Northampton/London office. The role will be responsible for the execution of procurement and payment processes within an organisation. This role involves analysing purchasing activities, vendor management, and invoice processing to streamline operations, ensure compliance and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to understand PTP workflows. * Implement and maintain procurement and payment systems (e.g., e-procurement tools, AP automation). * Monitor compliance processes with purchasing policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications: * Understanding of sales operations, order management, and billing processes. * Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management. * Familiarity with procurement software and tools. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. * Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
