We specialise in Lloyd’s processing brokerage services, offering tailored solutions to facilitate new business ventures in the London Market. Our expertise extends to guiding start-up organizations within the Lloyd’s arena, providing comprehensive planning and strategic support.

The Role: We're seeking a Senior Processing Technician to collaborate closely with the Director of Technical Services, overseeing the smooth workflow of business transactions through Lloyd’s of London systems. Your role entails delivering top-tier support services to clients, markets, and third-party entities, ensuring strict adherence to internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adherence to standardized processes in claims management
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements in claims processing procedures
  • Assist in identifying and implementing strategies for business performance improvement
  • Support the claims team in acquiring requisite knowledge and skills for optimal performance
  • Execute premium processing and L-pan production tasks
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of MRC risk and endorsement documentation
  • Manage Premium and Claims Bordereaux effectively
  • Handle A&S submissions via the IMR System and claims submissions via the ECF system
  • Utilize Lloyd’s of London applications (via Crystal) proficiently
  • Navigate the DXC Insurance Portal for addressing IMR-related queries
  • Exhibit experience in handling global placements
  • Review and update technical elements in the company’s internal system
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You:

  • Essential Industry Knowledge: Possess expertise in Marine and Aviation, with familiarity in other classes of business being advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: ECF, IMR, CLASS, PPL, ATLAS, LORS & DCOM systems
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, adaptable to diverse software platforms.
  • Resilient and Adaptable: Ready to confront challenges head-on, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances
  • Effective Communicator
  • Dedicated to ongoing learning and improvement, meeting CPD requirements and pursuing training opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits: Holiday Entitlement: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
