Process Operative - Hales Group Limited : Job Details

Overall PurposeAs a Process Operative, you will support the production and refinement of industrial fluids by operating equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Operate pumps, valves, and proportioning systems.
• Blend/mix raw materials to specification.
• Carry out sampling, testing, and quality checks.
• Handle chemical deliveries and operate forklift trucks.
• Record production data and equipment performance.
• Report process or mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and teamwork.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literate with basic reporting ability.
• Proactive, quality-focused, and customer-oriented.
• Flexible, reliable, and a positive team player.

Working Pattern

• Monday - Thursday: 15:15 - 23:30
• Friday: 14:15 - 21:30

Pay Rate

• £13.49 per hour
