Process Analyst - Join a Global Transformation Journey

As a Process Analyst, you'll collaborate across teams to streamline operations, drive innovation through Systems Thinking, and embed sustainable improvements into Business As Usual (BAU). This is a unique opportunity to work on meaningful change initiatives with a clear path to progression with the potential to grow into an Optimisation Consultant role in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive process mapping using tools such as SIPOC, VSM, and BPMN2.
• Leverage data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
• Work cross-functionally to design, test, and implement impactful process changes.
• Champion continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Contribute to product discovery by supporting user research, gathering feedback, and encouraging iterative development.

Experience:

• Proven experience in process mapping, ideally with tools like ARIS.
• A Systems Thinking mindset for navigating and improving complex business environments.
• Strong facilitation skills with the confidence to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical skills to uncover root causes and deliver data-driven, effective solutions.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma
