You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and encouraged to progress your career.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Probate Solicitor, you will:* Manage a caseload of probate and estate administration matters* Advise on wills, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and LPAs* Handle both taxable and non-taxable estates, including complex or high-value matters* Draft legal documents accurately and clearly* Register and manage Lasting Powers of Attorney* Maintain high levels of client care and compliance* Supervise junior staff and support their development* Contribute to business development and networking* What We're Looking For* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years' PQE* Strong technical knowledge of estate administration and inheritance tax* Able to work independently and as part of a team* Clear communication and client-care skills* Commercial awareness and interest in practice growth* Mentoring/supervisory experience a plus* STEP qualification desirable (support available)Why Join This Firm?This isn't just another legal job.
