Probate Case Manager

Salary - £35,000 to £50,000 p.a. - depending on experience.

Location: Ipswich

Our client was established over 45 years ago as a leading probate support to law firms throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced Legal/Probate Case Manager to join their award-winning team, based in Central Ipswich (parking available).

Duties for Case Manager - Probate:

• Undertaking research to source beneficiaries and produce family trees,
• Case management.
• Making contact with beneficiaries and solicitors via phone and letter.
• Arranging for field agents to visit beneficiaries.
• Review cases with senior management.
• Maintain case files in an orderly manner and file correctly in relevant cabinets.

Skills Required for Case Manager - Probate:

• Experience working within Probate or Law as a Case Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload.
• Ability and experience in liaising with clients, solicitors, and members of the public in a courteous manner.
