Ryder Reid Legal is working with a US law firm, to recruit a Paralegal to join its Private Equity group on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.

To be considered, candidates will ideally have a training contract confirmed for 2027 or later, and ideally an interest or some previous experience in Private Equity. This is a fantastic opportunity, to support the team with both transactional and knowledge work.
