To support the continued expansion of its private credit platform, our client is looking to hire an Assistant Vice President into its high-performing London-based team. The private credit group focuses on a broad range of strategies, including direct lending, opportunistic credit, and special situations, primarily across developed markets. The role offers hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle. What the job involves

  • Sourcing and originating new credit opportunities
  • Conducting due diligence and financial analysis
  • Structuring and negotiating deal terms
  • Managing and monitoring portfolio investments
  • You will be part of a lean, collaborative team with strong senior mentorship and real responsibility from day one. This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to a growing credit platform within one of the world's most respected long-term investment institutions
Who we are looking for
  • Extensive experience in one of the following or a combination of private credit, private equity, banking or a related investment role
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to assess and underwrite credit risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, team-oriented environment
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
  • Prior experience working on private credit deals in developed markets is preferred
