I'm seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Tax Manager to join my clients dynamic team in a client-facing leadership role. This position offers the perfect blend of complex compliance work, strategic advisory services, and team development - ideal for a tax professional ready to make their mark in a larger practice.

Job Title: Private Client Tax Senior Manager

Location: London Office, SW7

Salary: Up to £95,000!

What You'll Do -

Client Leadership & Portfolio Management:

• Manage a sophisticated portfolio of high net worth individuals, partnerships, and private landlords
• Serve as primary client contact, building lasting relationships through regular meetings and communication
• Handle complex compliance requirements and provide strategic tax planning advice
• Work directly with Tax Partners and Client Partners on high-value engagements

Technical Excellence:

• Navigate complex areas of tax legislation including international aspects, residence implications, and FIG rules
• Research and provide expert advice on specialized tax matters for Partner review
• Handle non-resident clients and cross-border tax planning
• Leverage our international network to deliver comprehensive UK and global tax solutions

Team Development & Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor junior team members pursuing professional qualifications
• Provide technical training and support on both compliance and client management
• Review work quality and guide professional development across the team

What I Am Looking For:

• CTA qualification (highly preferred)
• Proven experience managing complex client portfolios with budget and billing responsibility
• Strong background in private client tax advisory services
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership
• Outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple Partner relationships simultaneously
• Passion for developing others and contributing to team growth
