You will work closely with Partners and Directors, managing a team of tax professionals, and will be instrumental in driving growth and client engagement. • Leading a portfolio of complex private client tax cases
• Providing high-level tax planning and advisory services
• Managing and mentoring a team of tax staff
• Reviewing high-value and technically challenging tax returns
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the growth of the private client offering

• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax and related areas
• CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a senior tax role with advisory exposure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
