Private Client Tax Semi Senior - Oxford - £35,000 to £42,000

Are you an ATT qualified Private Client Tax Semi Senior looking to step up into a more varied, advisory-led role? A leading top-50 accountancy firm is expanding their Private Client Tax team and now looking to bring in a talented Private Client Tax Semi Senior to support continued growth.

You'll join a respected team working with a broad range of clients including HNWIs, directors, partnerships, and sole traders. Your portfolio will consist of around 200 clients, and you'll be involved in both compliance and advisory work - ideal if you're keen to keep building your technical and client-facing skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Tax Semi Senior who wants to be more than just a number. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, take on advisory projects, and play an active role in the future of the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and submitting personal tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and trusts
• Managing a portfolio of approx. 200 clients
• Assisting with ad hoc tax planning projects
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Managing your workflow and meeting deadlines
• Building long-term client relationships
• Supporting junior team members with training and guidance

What they're looking for:

• ATT qualified and/or studying towards CTA (qualified by experience also considered)
• Strong background in personal tax compliance
• Experience working across a variety of private client tax matters
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple deadlines
