• Manage a portfolio of private clients, delivering personal tax compliance and advisory services
• Provide technical tax advice relating to IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates
• Review tax returns prepared by junior staff and provide mentoring/support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support business development activities

• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• CTA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
• Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members
